3rd Trimester NSNG Adjustments
My third trimester started with a blast of energy that allowed me to get a lot accomplished with the nursery and some deep cleaning, but eventually slowed back down with fatigue.

When I found out we successfully conceived, our midwife recommended to start supplementing – even more! I didn’t realize just how many nutrients this baby was going to soak up, meaning I had to increase my intake of these nutrients and not just with food.
2nd Trimester traveling + Guacamole!
I started getting relief around week 15 from the fatigue and cravings, and straightened up on NSNG.
