Did I mention I pop more pills now?

When I found out we successfully conceived, our midwife recommended to start supplementing – even more! I didn’t realize just how many nutrients this baby was going to soak up, meaning I had to increase my intake of these nutrients and not just with food.

Why I pop more pills NOW than before NSNG

I HATE taking pills! I couldn’t stand the thought of swallowing one more gigantic tablet! Being NSNG, I’ve been able to reduce the dosage of daily preventative migraine medication, while increasing my intake of healthy, natural supplements I’ve learned I’m deficient and my body needs.
